How to select and search for a Vendor when completing a New Assessment

It is not currently mandatory to add a vendor to an assessment, however, from 1 March 2023, all vendors will need to be registered with AuctionsPlus and all assessments must include the vendor’s AuctionsPlus ID (APID).

Assessment Entry Updates

As the Assessor or Delivery Agent entering the Assessment, we have made improvements to Assessment Entry to help you easily add your Vendor ID to the Assessment as required.

Page 1 of Assessment Entry, or the 'Assessment Tab' will show the following under Vendor Details:


Clicking "Select Vendor" allows you to:

  • View your Vendor List
  • Search within your Vendor List
  • Select a Vendor & add to your Assessment

By clicking "Find a Vendor" as shown above:

  • You can then search for your Vendor's account by looking for:
    • APID
    • Phone
    • PIC
    • Email
  • You can also send an invitation to a new Vendor, and prompt them to create an account if they have not been previously registered.
