What is the Preferred Agent Nomination/Linked Buyers?

Buyers (producers) will have the ability to nominate a Preferred Agency for their AuctionsPlus transactions. If the Agency approves this request, their details will be visible to the selling agent when the buyer purchases a lot on AuctionsPlus. You have full control over your Linked Buyers and can remove a buyer at any time.

Approving a request confirms that the buyer has an account with your agency, but does not mean you agree to settle all accounts for AuctionsPlus purchases - the selling agent must contact you to confirm prior to sending you an invoice.
