AuctionsPlus are introducing protections for described lots. This will include protections on machinery items, livestock, equine, alpacas and dogs.
Machinery
- A nil tolerance will be introduced on Make and Registration Status.
- A tolerance of + or - 50 hours will be applied to the Hours on a machine and + or - 100 kilometers on the Odometer reading.
Livestock, Equine, Alpacas and Dogs
- A nil tolerance will be introduced on the Sex or Individual Animal ID based on what is listed in the catalogue.
Any dispute raised against a described lot will only be based on information that is provided in the catalogue. Any dispute must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of the lot. Adequate supporting evidence (such as photographs or a third party inspection report) must be supplied to AuctionsPlus and the Vendor within 48 hours of receipt of the initial report
