Paperwork, Documentation and Vendor Declarations

AuctionsPlus are updating our User Agreement and Sale Terms.

The information outlined in this article is effective as of the 1st March, 2023.

If the accompanying paperwork, documentation and/or vendor declarations does not match the Assessment, a claim may be made.

This claim must be reported within 48 hours of receival of paperwork.
Receival of paperwork means the earliest of receival of paperwork (either physically or electronically) but is capped at 1 month from arrival of the livestock to the buyer.

What does this mean?
AuctionsPlus understand the importance of accurate declarations, and that this aligns with the information provided at assessment. However, we understand in practice that documentation can sometimes not arrive in time, and we see benefit in extending the protection window until after this is received - in the case a problem should arise.
