Lot messages display within catalogues

Traditionally, lot messages have been displayed as a runner on the lot during an auction. As this additional detail may impact buyers' purchasing decisions or valuation of the lot, we've worked to give buyers access to the lot message detail as soon as it is available.

Now, when a lot message is received, we are able to upload it to the lot immediately and display the detail in the full assessment as seen below.

When you click into the lot, the updated details are found below the images and above all other text (at the top of the page)

 

A buyer may have already reviewed the assessment, prior to the addition of a lot message. AuctionsPlus cannot guarantee that the the buyer has seen the new or updated information, and as an Assessor or Delivery Agent - it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that post-sale, the buyer understands the additional information provided.
