      If I don't want stock that I've bought can I just send them home?

      The information outlined in this article is effective as of the 1st March, 2023.


      Schedule 3, Part B - Defects & Remedies for Assessed Lots, outlines the criteria where livestock are permitted to be rejected under the AuctionsPlus User Agreement.

      Rejection of livestock is not applicable in every circumstance, nor is rejection of an entire consignment until certain thresholds are exceeded and the claim must meet all required criteria.

      Please review Part B, found from page 39 to understand rejection in relation to specific claims.

      If livestock are rejected the Vendor is responsible for the freight costs.
