What details will successful buyers be requested to provide?
By default, all sequential Stud Sale hosted by AuctionsPlus will offer the feature where successful online buyers are asked to provide those details that will streamline the post-sale administration required to ensure safe delivery of the purchased livestock. If the selling agent does not wish to prompt buyers for these details, they should notify AuctionsPlus who can easily de-activate.
The following details will be requested by default. To minimise the burden on the buyer and improve the consistency of responses, the buyer may apply responses across multiple lots. Unfortunately, AuctionsPlus is unable to support additional ad hoc questions at this stage, but individual questions may be removed upon request.

Accessing Buyer's Responses
Step 1 - Reviewing the response
The selling agent may review the responses submitted by successful buyers via the Agent’s Dashboard, as shown below.
AuctionsPlus understands that the selling agents is not always the team member responsible for administration of post-sale delivery etc. Prior to the sale AuctionsPlus will provide the selling agent a shareable link via SMS that can be passed to support staff so that they can access the details as per above. Important to note that the link only permits access for 4 hours post sale close. Access after this period is via Agents’ Dashboard.
By clicking on the 'Successful Buyer Details' page, the selling agent will be brought to the 'Buyer's Details' page. The selling agent may then select the Auctions they have requested buyers details for, as shown below.
The agent may then select to review the responses by lot, or by buyer. The latter is particularly useful where multiple buyers have purchased multiple lots, as shown below.
Upon selecting to ‘View Completed Form’ the selling agent may review the responses in further detail, as shown below.
Step 2 - Printing ‘Delivery Cards’ and Export
At any stage the selling agent may generate (and print) a PDF delivery cards buy clicking on the 'Print Delivery Card' button, as shown below:
These cards will group together the lot-level submitted responses and details for each buyer. See below for a sample printable PDF of a delivery card:
Important Considerations
It is important to note the following when selecting to automatically prompt successful buyers for post-bid information:
-
Information is only requested from successful bidders. No information is requested from, or provided by, underbidders or viewers.
-
Only those questions selected will be prompted to successful bidders.
-
Successful bidders are ‘not’ mandated to provide requested details. A lack of response by a successful buyer does not relieve the buyer of their obligation to the transaction as detailed within the AuctionsPlus User Agreement.
-
Successful bidders will be offered the option to ‘Request a call from selling agent’.
-
When requesting information from successful buyers, all care is taken NOT to impede buyers from further bidding and engaging with the sale.
-
Responses are provided independently by successful buyers and, as such, AuctionsPlus takes no responsibility for the accuracy of provided information. It remains the selling agents responsibility to verify all provided information.
