If interfacing an Auction, and looking to include Audio or Video streaming, AuctionsPlus will ask you to complete a Speed Test in order to check the speed of your internet.
Please follow the below steps:
- Make sure your phone has coverage and isn't connected to wifi
- Access Safari or your internet on your phone
- Search "Speed Test"
- The top result is Run Speed Test - click this
- The Speed Test will automatically start testing the download. Let it do the testing for both the upload and download.
- It will then give you results for the upload and download speed. Take a screenshot of the results
- Run the test in a few different locations around where the selling center is. Send your screenshots to AuctionsPlus.
- The results we are looking for are anything above 6 Mbps for both upload and download. Anything under will need to be tested properly and may even need a booster in order to run streaming on sale day.
