How do I know if a Lot is being offered under the previous Terms?

AuctionsPlus' new User Agreement comes into effect from the 1st of March 2023 and all users will need to accept these new terms to continue using the site.

As the new terms are rolled out, there will be auctions that may contain lots sold under the previous terms as well as lots sold under the new terms.

Any listing created prior to 1/03/2023 will be offered on the previous terms
Any listing created after 1/03/2023 will be offered on the new terms

Please ensure to review the full lot details prior to bidding. If a lot is offered under the previous terms, this will be indicated at the bottom of the lot, as shown in the screenshots below.

No message will be shown if the lot is offered on the terms currently in operation.
