How do I know if a Lot is being offered under the previous Terms?

AuctionsPlus' new User Agreement comes into effect from the 1st of June 2024 and all users will need to accept these new terms to continue using the site.

As the new terms are rolled out, there will be auctions that may contain lots sold under the previous terms as well as lots sold under the new terms.

Any listing created prior to 1/06/2024 will be offered on the previous terms
Any listing created after 1/06/2024 will be offered on the new terms
