If, as a user with a bigpond or activ8 email address, you are having difficulty receiving emails directly from us, we recommend:

• If you have an alternate email, try using this for a less disruptive registration process
• Adding our AuctionsPlus 'sending address' as a contact
  • Page 3 of this guide explains how to create a contact for your email accounts
  • You need to add donotreply@auctionsplus.com.au as a contact to receive your verification email to register your account.
