Transition to New Terms
AuctionsPlus are updating our User Agreement and Sale Terms.
The information outlined in this article is effective as of the 1st March, 2023.
As the new terms are rolled out, there will be listings in auctions that fall under both the previous and new terms.
- Any lot created prior to the 1st of March 2023 will be sold under the previous terms.
- Any lot created after the 1st of March 2023 will be sold under the new terms.
Please note, with regards to copied assessments:
- If you want to copy an assessment or listing from before the 1st of March 2023 and create it for after this date, it will be sold under the new terms.
- If you want to copy an assessment or listing from before the 1st of March 2023 and create it for before this date, it will be on the previous terms.
Changes to Assessment Entry
Please note test screenshots have been included.
For assessments created after the 1st of March 2023, there will be additional information for Assessors in Assessment Entry to align with the updated terms:
- Declaring a conflict of interest (as the Assessor or Delivery Agent)
- Declaring Notable Traits
- Nominating Pregnancy Terms
- Amendments to Frame Score - replaced with Wither Height & Hip Height
