Some key points related to Buy Now:

• Will be available in pre-auction, catalogue (up until ½ hour before start) and in results
• Not mandatory, selling agent has to opt-in to offering the listing Buy Now
• Selling agent can specify additional conditions related to the Buy Now offer – these may be different or in addition to those conditions in the assessment

Similar to in an auction; the buyer will nominate the bid type they wish to purchase the lot in - from those available in the assessment .
