AuctionsPlus Saleyard Interfaces

Get more to your sale by tapping into our national network. Interfacing your physical auction with AuctionsPlus allows you to increase buyer competition without disrupting your sale day program.

How does it work?

Prior to sale:

  • Stock drafted into sale lots on-farm and identified.
  • Stock assessed in their sale lots.
  • Assessments loaded onto AuctionsPlus.
  • Anticipated selling order provided to AuctionsPlus for cataloguing (if available).
  • Catalogue distributed to AuctionsPlus network.

Sale Day:

  • For Cattle - Cattle weighed and final curfewed weights provided to AuctionsPlus – displayed prior to and during sale.
  • Final order of sale provided to AuctionsPlus.
    • Significant changes may involve re-ordering catalogue; small changes can be managed by selling out of order of original catalogue e.g. Lot 1,2,3,5,4,6, etc.
  • Any changes to number of head provided to AuctionsPlus – displayed prior to and during sale.
  • Anticipated opening/upset prices and bid increments provided (these can be changed during auction as required – we’ll follow the auctioneer).
    • Auctioneer to carry a phone in pocket to relay audio stream.
  • AuctionsPlus representative to relay online bids to auctioneer – via phone contact with AuctionsPlus office.
  • If whole or half lots are to be offered - Online buyers must complete a Buyer Allocation prior to sale to indicate if they wish to purchase the whole lot or half of the lot. If the successful purchaser has not filled out the form, they take the WHOLE LOT.

Post-sale

  • Full sale report provided post-sale, including online engagement, logged in users and full contact details of any successful purchasers

Online Only Sale

Our online only sale allows you to market your stock in a standalone auction. You control what lots are marketed in the sale, you control the Auction running time. It’s your sale, your terms.

The assessing, cataloguing and auction process is the same as the regular scheduled AuctionsPlus auctions.
