      Agency Terms of Trade

      Your agency terms of trade are there to protect both you and your client. 

      You need to notify of any special conditions above the AuctionsPlus User Agreement & Sale Terms here. Your terms of trade should detail exactly what your specific agency trading terms are. 

      Does this include:

      • Terms for pre-approved purchasers?
      • Terms for purchasers you don't know/those not settling through an agent?

      By bidding on your lot, a buyer agrees to comply with your Trading Terms - they need to be clear and specific to all users who may not be familiar with what your "normal terms" are.
