      Accepting the New Terms from the AuctionsPlus App

      How do I accept the new User Agreement?

      AuctionsPlus' new User Agreement comes into effect from 1 March 2023, and all users are required to read and accept the updated User Agreement in order to continue using the platform.


      If you typically access AuctionsPlus via the mobile app, after the 1st of March you will find upon logging in or connecting to an Auction or the Dashboard, that you are directed to the AuctionsPlus website in order to accept the new User Agreement, as shown below.

      You must read and accept the new Terms in order to continue operating on the platform.
