Sole Agency

When listing on AuctionsPlus every Vendor enters into a sole agency agreement with their Agent. This applies from the date the lot is assessed until 3 business days after the nominated AuctionsPlus sale. 

This means that your Vendor must wait 3 business days before approaching another agency to sell their livestock. If your Vendor agrees to re-offer the listing, sole agency then extends until the end of the third business day after the next auction. Similarly, an Agent must wait 3 business days before approaching a Vendor to sell their stock, post listing on AuctionsPlus. 

All users also agree to respect the sole agency relationship when operating on the system. Any individual breaching sole agency, will face serious disciplinary action from AuctionsPlus.
