Running Auctions:
If you are experiencing technical issues while connected to a running auction, please conduct an Internet Speed Test to determine if your issue is caused by your service. You can do this via multiple external tools, however a simple way is to Google “Internet Speed Test” and follow the instructions provided.
Similarly, if you are experiencing in a technical issue in a running auction, please Exit out of the auction by selecting “Exit” on the top right.
Then Log Out of your account by selecting your profile badge on the top right of your screen and then select Log Out.
Once you have logged out, log back into your account by selecting Log In on the top right and enter your account details and select Log In.
This will direct you to the Homepage where you will be able to select Connect To Bid to reconnect to the auction.
