How to sell Commercial Livestock

Commercial livestock sales are suited to prime, store and breeding stock offered through AuctionsPlus sales or a standalone special sale.

Assessment and listing requirements:

  • All commercial cattle, sheep and goats must be assessed by an AuctionsPlus Accredited Assessor

  • The assessor will inspect livestock on your property, complete the assessment, and capture photos and videos

  • Assessment details are uploaded directly to AuctionsPlus to form the online listing

  • Your agent will manage buyer enquiries, discuss and set reserve prices, oversee delivery, and facilitate payment. In many cases, the assessor may also act as the selling agent

  • You must provide your AuctionsPlus ID (APID) to your assessor for all livestock assessments. Information on creating an account is available here.
