How to update lots to SOLD
If you’ve sold a lot after an auction, especially over a weekend, it can be frustrating to wait until the AuctionsPlus team are back in the office to update the result for you.
In your Dashboard, simply access “My Sale Results” and click “Update to Sold”
You’ll then be able to nominate the sale price, and the buyer – whether the Highest Bidder at Auction, one of your own clients, sold onsite, or nominate another buyer:
Note: You will only have the option to sell onsite if the sale was an interfaced Sequential sale.
If you Nominate Another Buyer, you will need to enter a few more details to allow the AuctionsPlus team to allocate the lot to the correct AuctionsPlus Buyer account; and also so we can communicate the update to them (to avoid confusion when the updated result doesn’t appear in their Dashboard immediately).
