Delivery Outside the Nominated Delivery Window

Any change to the delivery window specified on the assessment, must be agreed upon by all parties if a claim is to be supported by AuctionsPlus

When negotiating the delivery of a lot, it’s important to keep in mind the following:

  • Purchaser must arrange transport of the Lot from the Vendor within the specified time frame in the Listing
  • If the Purchaser requests an extension of the Delivery date and the Selling Agent or Vendor agrees, this should be agreed to in writing
  • If the Delivery date extension is not agreed upon in writing, the Purchaser forfeits all rights to factors that may change over time; e.g., weight, fat, age.
  • Should the Vendor wish to charge agistment or feed costs due to an extension of Delivery date, ensure this is provided to the Purchaser in writing
