Assessor Comments are the one area of the assessment that vary depending on your target market. Every other aspect of your assessment will be the same, regardless of who you think is most likely to buy the stock.
Assessor comments serve as:
- Objective comments which aid in the marketing of your stock
- Further detail on the information entered in other fields
- An opportunity to tailor your marketing to your target customer, but be careful to not describe your stock as something they are not

Always consider - What would you want to know as a buyer?
