What is a Delivery Adjustment?
A Delivery Adjustment is applied to account for any difference in time off feed when assessing livestock, compared to the anticipated time off feed when the livestock are delivered.
It is an adjustment made to account for a decrease in weight due to loss of gutfill.
A delivery adjustment will almost always be negative, i.e. the weight at delivery is expected to be less than the weight at assessment.
