What happens after purchasing a Lot
Once the sale has concluded, the selling agent is given the contact information of you as the successful buyer or as the highest passed in bidder. From here, the agent may contact you directly.
However, as the buyer it is your responsibility to arrange transport and payment, so the agent’s information will be available in your Dashboard, under 'My purchases' for you to make contact.
If you’re unsure how to access these details, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Head to your Dashboard

Step 2: Select the 'My Purchases' Tab

Step 3: Select the sale you purchased lots in
The lots purchased lots will appear enlarged to right.
The agent's details will be listed under ' View Contact Details'.

We recommend reaching out to the selling agent as soon as possible to begin the post-sale conversations.
What if a Lot is Passed In to me?
As the highest bidder on a passed in lot, the reserve will be disclosed to you in your Dashboard. For 90 minutes after the auction finishes, you can elect to meet the reserve; alternatively you have the first right of negotiation.
After 90 minutes, these rights expire and the agent is free to negotiate with other buyers. Meeting Reserve is the best way to guarantee your purchase. If you wish to negotiate, you must contact the selling agent within 90 minutes to notify your intentions.
In some circumstances, the selling agent and vendor may have opted out of using the Meet Reserve feature. Please refer to the catalogue header or contact the listed Agent for further details.
If you are the passed in bidder on a different lot type (e.g. Stud Stock) you need to contact the agent directly to negotiate.
The selling agent is not obligated to negotiate a price less than their reserve.
