How to reoffer machinery items on AuctionsPlus

Need to sell a lot that was passed in or not sold at auction?

Lots can now be easily reoffered into the upcoming AuctionsPlus Fortnightly Multi-Vendor Auction, or a sale of your choosing.

Pricing

The reoffer button will expire after two reoffers or 45 days have passed. An item being reoffered from a standalone machinery auction, into the AuctionsPlus Fortnightly Multi-Vendor sale for the first time will receive a 50% discount on listing fees if sold. Any reoffers after this will be charged full listing price if sold.

Finding the Reoffer Button

After your sale has ended, go to your dashboard. This can be accessed by clicking here. Once there, click on My Sale Results.

Clicking the ‘Reoffer’ button in the sale catalogue will also take you to your dashboard where you can then reoffer.

Lots that had no bids or were passed in will display a REOFFER button:

Clicking this will show a pop up with a drop-down list of upcoming auctions, where you can select the next AuctionsPlus Multi-Vendor Machinery Auction to reoffer into.

Once reoffered to a sale, click the link to view your listing in the new sale, or hit OK to continue reoffering other items from your dashboard.

Reoffered items will be in the new sale as unpublished and will need to be published for them to be visible in the sale. You can also make any edits required while the lot is unpublished, including price.

Undoing a Reoffer

Click the Listings Portal button on the AuctionsPlus home page.

Select the sale you have reoffered the lot into and find the item. Clicking the Actions button will present a dropdown of options, this is where you can select to Undo Reoffer.

Please also ensure that once the lot has been reoffered you check the prices. You can also add a ‘Buy Now’ if you would like to try selling the item before the next sale. Instructions are HERE.
