How to Filter a Catalogue

Once lots are available within the auction, buyers can begin to navigate for desired lots by filtering for a range of information.

To filter a catalogue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the AuctionsPlus Website
  2. Select the catalogue you wish to view by scrolling through the upcoming auctions and then clicking on the auction name to display the catalogue information. Or use our Search feature on the home page to access the catalogue directly by typing the sale name into the search bar.
  3. Underneath the catalogue header, which contains information surrounding the terms of the sale, you will see similar to the screenshot below. Click on "Filters"

  4. A menu will appear on the left-hand side, displaying all the available filters, depending on the commodity of auction which you are browsing. The filters can be expanded by clicking on the title, allowing you to enter your personal preferences.

  5. To service those buyers who require greater consistency around animal quality across the entire lot, the 'Min Sample Size %' filter has been created. Viewers may now isolate those listings that have a greater assessment sample percentage by entering a minimum threshold percentage.

  6. Once you have set your filters, close the menu via the white X shown above, and review the lots which display. By clicking on the Lot Title, you can then review all the information of that lot, and make any additional enquiries with the selling agent listed. We recommend using the 'star' button to favourite lots you are interested in so you can find them again later.

Please note: once the catalogue changes from 'Pre Auction Details' to 'Catalogued' - this indicates that the catalogue is complete, and all lots for sale are available to browse.
