How to declare trucking and loading access in assessment entry
Simplify livestock delivery with clear and accurate trucking, access and loading information
Trucking Access
- Make it simpler for buyers to avoid sending the wrong vehicle to collection, by providing accurate road (private and public) access and on-farm loading details.
- Important - Unless stated, trucking access covers access to both the property and the closest state/council public road.
Wet Weather Accessible
- Good roads can go bad quickly with a little rain. If property access is affected by recent rain, it's essential to note in the assessment
-
Fun Fact - 'All-weather access' means roads and stream crossings can support operation of vehicles and no more than one foot of water shall pass across them for brief intervals during a flood of 100-year frequency.
Loading Facilities
- Clear detail as to whether ramps are side-loading, rear-loading, single, double or triple deck makes a truckies life simpler and speeds loading
- Make note of any additional instructions in the Trucking Access Additional Details field
