Any dispute or claim, must be made in writing to either the selling agent, or AuctionsPlus within 48 hours of arrival to the buyer's property (with the exception of progeny breed disputes).
AuctionsPlus has defined tolerances for some factors of the Assessment - if the misdescription of the stock falls within the allowed tolerance, the claim will be rejected.
If the claim is outside the tolerance, no tolerance is defined, of the claim constitutes a Gross Misdescription, the claim is valid. Resolution may occur via negotiation between the 2 parties, or Arbitration.
